Great team of 3 on the day I was at the unit, 13 June. So friendly and chatty that you almost forget the reason you are there in the first place, which is great if you are feeling nervous and full of trepidation. Lois explained everything clearly before, during and after. The team made a scary experience not so scary after all. Well done and thank you!

Lovely lady really puts you at ease, and lovely nurses with her, I was very nervous and they really helped to carm me down, and she talks you through everything that's going to happen, and you can ask her anything you are worried about, which is really nice, you wasn't rushed out, Thank you.

Lois was so kind today, I was really worried about the procedure beforehand, but she really put me at ease, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and put my mind at rest. I would not worry in the future if I had to have this procedure again due to the care I received today, from Lois and her lovely team. I would recommend Lois to anybody.

I have been working at Queens Hospital as a Nurse Hysteroscopist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner since 2005.
